Altar Of Immersion

The ritual of hot and cold exposure utilizing an Ice plunge and sauna has become a staple ritual in my family's wellness practice. So, when the opportunity arose to enhance the sauna zone at Everlnad, in Sedalia, Colorado, I was thrilled to take on the project. I love creating installations that foster healing. By designing spaces to activate the spirit and inspire the senses, I believe the healing techniques being practiced become significantly more impactful on the body. This space was created to elevate the sensory embodiment experienced during this ritual.
